A few days ago in Rome, during the third edition of the Presentation of the Strategic Report of the Smart Building Community promoted by The European House-Ambrosetti, a concrete debate was sparked between companies, institutions and stakeholders in the building and energy sector.
A valuable opportunity to analyse clear data - such as the 84.5% of buildings constructed before 1990 or the fact that only 3.8% are in energy class A - and to reason together on urgent and feasible solutions for a truly efficient, safe and sustainable building stock.
