The IRSAP Group presents its new 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining the company’s results, impacts and commitments across environmental, social and governance areas.
Sustainability continues to guide IRSAP’s choices: from the responsible management of resources to the development of people, as well as innovation and the creation of solutions that combine comfort, technology and design.
Once again this year, IRSAP has voluntarily continued its reporting journey in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards – ESRS, adopting the principle of double materiality and reaffirming its commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
Among the main results achieved in 2025, 39% of total energy consumption came from renewable sources, 57% of the materials reported consisted of recycled materials, and approximately 87% of the waste generated was sent for recovery. The Group also continued to focus on its people, with an average of 53.1 training hours per employee and new initiatives dedicated to wellbeing and work-life balance.
The 2025 Sustainability Report confirms the IRSAP Group’s commitment to creating long-term value, reducing environmental impacts and building responsible relationships with people, communities and stakeholders.
