IRSAP SPA, with headquarter in Via delle Industrie 211, 45031 Arquà Polesine (Ro), hereinafter referred to as OWNER of the data processing, informs you, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) that, for the establishment and execution of contractual and non-contractual relations, it is necessary to process your personal and fiscal data.
Such data, qualified as personal by current legislation, may also be acquired verbally, directly or, when permitted by law, through third parties.
With reference to these data, we inform you that they will be (art. 11 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003):
Treated lawfully and fairly in compliance with the Minimum Safety Measures provided for in Articles 33 to 36 and Annex B of the Code;
Collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes;
Exact and, if necessary, up to date;
Relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they were collected;
Preserved in a form that allows identification of the person concerned for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
The data subject to processing are processed in relation to contractual requirements and the consequent fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations arising from them, as well as to achieve effective management of business relationships.
If in the relationship established it is appropriate to send commercial, promotional or advertising communications relating to our activities and made by fax, e-mail, we will seek your prior consent.
The data will be processed in written form and/or on magnetic, electronic or telematic media.
The provision of these data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations, therefore, any refusal to provide them or their subsequent treatment may determine the impossibility of the writer to pursue the contractual relationship.
The failure to provide, however, all data that are not related to legal or contractual obligations will be evaluated from time to time by the writer and will determine the resulting decisions related to the importance of the data required with respect to the management of the business relationship;
The data, without prejudice to communications and disclosures made in compliance with legal obligations, for the sole purpose of better management of our rights regarding the individual business relationship and credit protection, may be communicated in Italy to:
credit institutions
debt collection companies
professionals and consultants who carry out specific tasks on our behalf (accounting, financial statements, tax compliance, management of information systems, market research)
companies operating in the transport sector
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently for the fulfillment of all legal requirements as well as for future commercial purposes (for a period not exceeding that necessary);
With regard to the same data you can exercise the rights provided by art. 7 of the Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 within the limits and under the conditions provided for in Articles 8, 9 and 10 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree.
On the other hand, with reference to the data acquired by sending Curriculum Vitae, we inform you that, without prejudice to the rights set out in the previous paragraph, these may only be communicated to Group companies, temporary employment companies and research and analysis companies. The Company will carry out the processing of the above mentioned data and communications as long as there is an interest in their use and in any case no later than the request of the person concerned to be deleted from the database.
