Each radiator undergoes rigorous quality control throughout the production cycle. For a surface with no imperfections, the head of each element is laser-welded, a rigorous process that prevents the formation of particles that are harmful to the entire heating system. Laser welding guarantees an exceptional tightness and optimises paint operations. Each TESI radiator undergoes a rigorous quality control process, during which the tightness of the weld is individually verified by immersion in a tank, a test that can detect even the smallest of leaks.

Based on the most advanced technologies, it offers a more homogeneous tubular structure that allows a more even heat distribution, covering more than 90% of the surface. Compared to previous models, the new configuration allows for significantly better thermal performance.
