The new offices of Banda Creative Agency, set within a historic building in Kyiv, have been reimagined as a flexible space that brings together a creative lab, a living environment, and a workplace that moves away from traditional office models.

Defined by high ceilings and rich historic textures, the space has been organized to fully exploit its architectural plasticity while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere for a large team.

The conventional desk layout has been abandoned in favor of free seating, with informal lounge-style groupings and shared worktables. Each area is designed to adapt fluidly to everyday needs.

On the stage, a mobile work zone is furnished with custom-made tables and lightweight folding chairs; opposite it, a relaxation area features a vintage sofa, armchairs, and an Italian glass table with a sculptural metal base.

Vintage finds, contemporary art, and carefully restored details reflect an open mindset, sharp wit, respect for history, and a strong attention to detail.
